Due to the nature of beauty and salon services, completed services are generally non-refundable.

2. Dissatisfaction with Service

If you are unhappy with a service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We may offer a correction appointment where appropriate.

Booking deposits may be non-refundable if cancellations are made less than 24 hours before the appointment.
